The great ones: Stevie Wonder--Creepin This song made me speechless when I first heard it--on a soft jazz station of all things:
I like it because it is one of his weirder songs, not as conventional as some of his R&B fair. The strange synth lines had to influence Prince.

This song is trippy in a good way. Luther made it adult contemporary/quiet storm R&B but Stevie's stand out in a psychedelic soul kind of way. If you're a stoner, you can blaze a joint to this song. Or make love to it if you so wish. Plus Minnie's all over it too as an extra plus. | |
