I thought you guys were a bit too harsh on him on the other thread, but I gotta admit that was painful to watch.

That's because he cooks fried chicken the same way he would in the kitchen at his house, without gloves.

Guys remember most chefs don't wear gloves. Not saying that flav is a chef but in exclusive resturants they don't use em. | |

Not that I know anything about cooking, but no matter what's on his hands, once that chicken is in the fryer, it's over. The burning oil would sear almost anything off of the chicken that flav may have on his fingers.
Ideally though, a chef should wash his hands before handling food.
