Agreed. Consider this you guys:

Teddy said on his twitter he DID NOT produce the vocals for this song. HE WAS GIVEN THE VOCALS BY THE CASCIOS.

Also consider: Michael's kids' beef with the album IS NOT THE ENTIRE ALBUM. The only thing

they took issue with was the songs produced by...(wait for it)...THE CASCIOS.

Now add in the fact that Jason's YouTube account was taken down earlier today. (The day after

"Breaking News" is put online) Hmmmm. I smell a rat.

Yeah, and then a lot of people thought that was Michael too. A lot of people thought Tom Fox was Michael too. A lot of people even thought a song called "get out of my mind" was Michael which it was proven to be a russian dude.

To be honest i don't understand teddy's comments but he's getting paid. Tarryl said Michael would never have only one tape of a song or recording without any sort of backup. To teddy this song was presented raw with no other source. ALL Teddy did was polish the sound because he stated himself it wasn't release worthy left untouched. My guess is it was on par with the Jason Malachi standard production. Give him some money, some extra vocal lessons, and he can fool a lot of people. But not longtime fans when it comes down to it. Now the only question is, WHY did they do this? To generate and start something??

Or are they just ignorant...like with the symbol....like with paul anka....and just have no idea.

What scares me is that....On sites like TMZ it is near even with people thinking

it is Michael or it isn't..what does this say about the mainstream record buying

public? Is THAT enough to "pass for" MJ?

I'd hate to think in all future releases or even compilations

with "unreleased" material - we might have to worry about garbage

"sound-alikes" doing stuff.

I'm just so confused and upset right now. WTF is going on? Some of those vocals just don't sound anything like Michael and I've been a hardcore fan for over 20 years. It does sound like they took some MJ vocals and then blended them with an impersonator. However, I see no reason to doubt the word of Teddy Riley either and I just can't believe that the Cascio's would do this or that the Estate (who surely know the sound of MJ's voice also) would do it.

The whole situation is just very strange.

I know that Michael is somewhere in that song, but not all of it.

I have been listening to Michael and the Jacksons since the 1969, why would Sony do this? They didn't fucking care about Michael when he was alive.

Was Frank Cascio involved in this? Michael supported that family for years!

At best they added some ad-libs in there. I love Teddy's work...but he was handed the song and there was only a rough version of the song without any backup file or other tapes...you know as well as I do there's always many takes done with a song. The version Teddy got need a lot of work (like Jason malachi) but we KNOW Michael's demos were always good (and he had many versions of said demos as well.

But just take a moment to check out this Jason Malachi...put those sound clips together with audio programs or use filters...and you will hear it.....no doubt.

Again the only question is why is Jason Malachi (mostly) singing on there.

Is it to start controversy and have people talking?

All I know is it's weird.

They claim my uncle was so happy with the performance he instructed them to delete all the other files. I had the honor to learn and watch my uncle record my entire life and that is NOT how he worked. No outtakes, no other tracks, no backups, no proof. roughly 10 songs they turned in… same story for all of them. I asked for the computer it was created on... they said it broke. I asked for the original hard drive... they said it was destroyed. One dubious excuse after another.

That's what I think too. It's MJ's voice mixed in with an impersonators, but I still don't believe the majority of the song is sung by MJ.

Was MJ recording new material. I was reading about this in the paper yesterday-UK. How his mother is annoyed over the estate etc. The only thing that makes me doubt all this available material is-does MJ actually sit on music. I always see the albums a sa job for MJ (As was)-would he record more than he had to? I could be a lot more cynical than this as I am no fan in the slightest and go on but I am curious-would he sit on music. I dont feel he would waste his time-I dont think he cared enough about the music to do more than required

Yeah Michael would sit on material. He purposely would release a new album every 4 years

November 08th, 2010: BREAKING NEWS (Controversy)

Here is Taryll Jackson's reaction following the streaming release of the song Breaking News:

(from Twitter): to all the mj fans… regarding the song "breaking news" i am so sorry you have to deal with this. my uncle loved you so much and would not want it this way. However there are songs that ARE my uncle singing on the upcoming album and I will support those 100% But I will not support "Breaking News" and a few others because it simply is not him. They tried to fool me and they tried to fool you. I told them it would never happen.

Plerase also note that:

- Michael Jackson does not sing on the song Breaking News available at MichaelJackson.com

- There is an actual song called Breaking News recorded by Michael Jackson and members of the cascio family, but this is not the song played on MiochaelJackson.com.

- 2 persons are involved in this mascarade, which is an insult to Michael Jackson's legacy, his famy, his friends, his fans and music lovers.

More to come.. Stay tuned...

WHAT A CROCK OF SHIT!

In years to come people will say that it was Malachi that sung all the old classic MJ tracks. Sony 9and everyone else involved in this saga) has royally pissed over Jackson's legacy with this.

Mike was always a very competent song writer, and a very cleary and present no no, is writing about yourself in the third person. The first two lines sound fake and the oher sound like MJ.

It seems to me that somebod manipulaed an MJ scat session

He use to do taht habitually and scat his way through a song, to feel out the melody

when he didn't have all the lyrics

(In The Back) is a clear example of this

Sounds like somebody overdubbed new vocals of an impostor over the scats

Geez this only happens with MJ...

even in death his name is filled with controversy...

I disagree. That was my point, that songs recorded 30 years ago or 20 years ago or 10 years ago sound like Mike. Hold My Hand sounds like Mike. This Is It sounds like Mike. This does NOT.

2000 Watts is the only exception, but Mike's trademarks are clearly there, his way of pronouncing words and such. That's all absent from this track.

You also have to take into account his performance on the remake of Wanna Be Startin Somethin' remix with AKON. There are parts of that that made me think Michael was having difficulty singing and was mumbling and stumbling on words.

The truth will come out eventually. I'm happy to give the benefit of the doubt til then.

To my knowledge, the MJ verse on the remix with Akon was from an early demo of WBSS and was NOT new

Man MJ would never sing about himself like this or make such a self centered album cover. He's not that self absorbed while at the same time it's indeed always about him. And that was the beauty of him. sad

The response to this track is mostly "Who is this singing?" Sony and the Estate better nip this one in the bud quick
