Here's a little of Randall's history disregarding his participation during the trial...its just too much to write down.

Police Take Rolls From Randy Jackson - December 1988

Randy Jackson, 27, younger brother of superstar Michael, has been arrested in Hollywood on a charge of driving without a license. His 1987 Rolls-Royce was impounded.

The singer-drummer, who accompanied his five brothers on the Jacksons' 1984 Victory tour, was stopped for not yielding to pedestrians in a crosswalk, said Sgt. John Zrofsky. He was ticketed for that, and officers discovered he was sought on a warrant issued for failing to appear in court on a misdeamanor traffic offense, the sergeant said.

Michael's Little Brother Cons His Kidnappers (May 1993)

Is there a curse on the Jackson family? NEWSWEEK has learned that last month Randy Jackson, 31, Michael's youngest brother, was briefly taken hostage by South American leftist guerrillas. U.S. officials in Washington have confirmed that, while visiting a friend in the interior of Colombia, Jackson was captured at a roadblock by the ELN rebel army, which frequently kidnaps and holds foreigners for ransom to raise funds. When the guerrillas did not recognize him, Jackson convinced his captives he was merely a penniless Jamaican preacher.

Jackson's Brother Held For Assault (November 1991)

Randy Jackson, brother of pop superstar Michael Jackson, was ordered to a hospital lock-up Thanksgiving Eve for wife beating.

Jackson, 30, a lesser-known member of the Jackson 5, surrendered before Municipal Court Judge James Kaddo, with family patriarch Joseph Jackson and brother Jermaine at his side. The judge ordered him to spend the next 30 days in Pine Grove Hospital in suburban Canoga Park, where he will begin domestic violence counseling.

Deputy City Attorney Susan Schmitter argued the hospital wasn't secure enough to hold Jackson, whom she described as a violent batterer, but the judge said Jackson deserved another chance.

Eliza Shaffy Jackson, 28, who appeared in court with their daughter Steveanna, said she was unhappy that Jckson wasn't going to jail. Mrs. Jackson also said she would file for divorce soon. After the court session, the Jackson family climbed into a motor home and drove Randy to the hospital, about 15 miles away in the San Fernando Valley.

Joe Jackson's Ultimatum
Posted Nov 10th 2009 5:19PM by TMZ Staff

Joe Jackson's lawyer just made it clear to the judge -- if Michael Jackson's dad doesn't get an allowance, he'll file a creditor's claim against his son's estate.

Brian Oxman, Joe's lawyer, just said out loud he thinks Katherine has "struck a deal with the estate" rather than staying committed to challenging the will, John Branca, and on and on. Branca's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, said there has never been a "deal" with Katherine.

Oxman said if Joe doesn't get the allowance he's after, Michael would have breached a contract he had with daddy and that's why he'd then file a creditor's claim. Oxman didn't elaborate on what kind of contract MJ made with Joe.

And then there's this. Katherine Jackson's lawyer said Katherine doesn't object to Joe getting an allowance, but was quick to add that Joe has no legal standing to appear in probate court.

If anything, Michael just wanted to get away, he didn't get driven out. It was his choice to go to Bahrain (after Jermaine told him or convinced him it was a good place) and his choice afterwards to go to Japan and Ireland. He was only away from the U.S. in a year anyways. He died IN America.

I don't agree with alot of the things certain members of the jacksons do but at the end of the day that's his family they know more about michael than we will ever know. And I'm in america and I feel that some americans didn't treat him right i'm not going to go overboard and yeah England or whatever somebody said lol had the best fans , he had fans all over but I do feel some people here did move on from him but at the same time you had artists like usher, etc who were basically copycats of him so he still had influence.I honestly feel he would not have sold out those tickets as fast here as he did in london though.

Yet, Michael forgave him. That's what I love most about Michael. He had such a beautiful, kind, gentle, naive and loving heart. It's so difficult to understand how could Joe Jackson, a monster, "make" Michael, an angel on Earth?

Joe's not the devil. But he definitely emulates him.

Joe J. shut down

Posted Nov 10th 2009 6:04PM by TMZ Staff

The judge in the Michael Jackson estate case just put a quick stop to Joe Jackson's objections to the will and to the executors -- in a nutshell, the judge said Joe had no dog in the fight ... no legal standing.

The judge indicated the way is now cleared to formally appoint John Branca and John McClain co-executors of Jackson's estate.
