I know that people around the world have drawn so many pictures but it'd be nice to see one with James Brown Aaliyah Elvis Jimi Hendrix and Michael just all the amazing artist up there dancing and singing

What was so great abot Aaliyah? She was just another Brandy/Rihanna.

Even if Rihanna would die now she'd become a heroine, a musical pioneer, a multi-talent, a saint an all-time role model for all human beings.

Aaliyah was truly an angel. Words can't describe how beautiful she was inside and out. Aaliyah never had to shed her clothes in order to be sexy, her voice was so angelic. Her personality was out of this world. She could light up a room with her presence, such an illuminating presence.

Nice picture...it would be better if it was James Brown. I kind of imagine that when MJ died he be dancing with JB. biggrin

nod James Brown, Sammy, or even Fred Astaire. Not Elvis. confused

Umm, i have the audio in HQ and DJOxygene's remastered DVD of this show (alright it's not the master, but it's fine enough). I don't know why you need to raise cash for something that is more or less free online. Chase those BAD tour master audios instead, that'd be worth the effort.

'Billie Jean' is live, one of the last times he performed it live it think. i can only assume the Saudi Prince insisted on it, and Mike duly kicked ass.

But good luck fundraising anyway! smile

The Royal Brunei performance was lip synched. Only thing live are the ad-libs at the end

It's live ok. "She was more like a beauty queen from a MORVIE scene" he mispronounces the lyrics so much throughout, his enunciation is all over, you know like Mike did when he sang live, anybody that thinks that is lipsynched better wash their ears out.

I posted the Billie Jean performance from Royal Brunei and it's lip synched. The vocals have been slowed down.

For real. Aaliyah, God rest her soul, has become completely overrated in death. Vocally, she was just average. In fact, some of her live performances had me thinking confused

If she didn't die nobody would know her anymore.

People act as if she was the upcoming Aretha Franklin or what.

But she's not even a Beyonce. Just a chic a la Rihanna.

the second one is very disrespectful, never mind the fact that drew his dead body, but whether people like it or not mj died looking the way he was, doesnt mean he wasnt the same person he was 18-19 years old.

that's true but she died while she was peaking, she was popular and pretty with a nice style so that helps her legacy as well. before she died i liked her music but i don't know if i'd consider myself a fan but when she died i appreciated her more, so now as a fan i love aaliyah and i know she's overrated
but she's better than rihanna
