She was 15 years old. Aaliyah knew what was up and so did her parents. Her parents basically sold her to R.Kelly and after the album was done they annulled the marriage.

whatchu talkin' bout willits? his case in '02 when he was arrested and charged with nearly two dozen counts of child pornography and unlawful sex with a minor? the only reason he got off was cuz the victim refused to press charges and it was all over the gossip chain that he paid her family and her off. This is how mofos like him get over...they violate then give up the paper to make it go away. Polanski anyone? I don't see how Kells was in the wrong. I love Aaliyah with all my heart, but I highly doubt Kells was doing anything with her besides making music. Aaliyah said it herself that they were never married or had any sexual relations.
