A funny story about this song (Prince-related)....

Prince heard this song on the radio in early 1983 and he mistakenly thought it was a Jam and Lewis production.In those days,he didn't really allow his "proteges/employees" to work with other artists,so he didn't like the idea of Jam and Lewis "moonlighting" on the side.They repeatedly insisted that this song was NOT one of their productions....lol...

They certainly did.Their 80s albums are excellent,with the exception of 'This Kinda Lovin',a weak 1981 album that they produced themselves.The title track is the only great song.
