Whatever happened to__________? Q&A The Milli Vanilli post had me thinking: Whatever became of some of your favorite artists from 1980's and 1990's? I have always wanted to know the status on any of the following:

Anita and Taylor have released albums over the past 4 or 5 years. Anita's received some attention (it went Gold) but Taylor's didn't. Dorothy: When Stan is depressed, he is the second most boring man on earth.
Rose: Who's the first? Dorothy: Stan when he's not depressed!

Expose are back together, performing regularly. They played two shows in my area earlier this year. And it's the original three girls (one member left the group in the early 90s,but she's back).

was it the 'prince curse'? her solo album was pretty big, iirc, but i haven't seen or hear from her since then. Female rappers have fallen on hard times.Eve,Da Brat and Lil' Kim aren't nearly as popular as they used to be,and even Missy Elliott can't seem to get a new CD released.

Soul II Soul was a collective that released two more albums after their first one in 1990 and one in 1992. As you know they were a collective of artists and I heard Jazzie B (real name Beresford Romeo) went solo and ended up in prison a while ago, one of the female singers died, and I think Karon Wheeler has resigned from music, but Soul II Soul has long since ceased to exist as a collective entity. Ernest, Soul II Soul were huge in our part of the world (Britain/New Zealand/Europe) They were huge here too, but frankly aside from their two songs that were popular, that CD SUCKS, and they never did much after that. The singers and members of the group went onto work in production a lot. Ernest L Sewell, IV

What the fuck is a horse anyways? It looks like a really deformed beaver. You should probably pay more attention to these types of things.

Doesn't mean people here give a shiz about her. After 2 songs, they disappeared here. Ernest L Sewell, IV
