oh dear, i love me some teena marie but she looked ten times worse than vanilla ice in that archived clip. LOL

you would be surprised. My mother graduated high school in 1979, the same year that Teena came out. She said for YEARS she didnt know that Teena was white. I have heard many people say that

I've known biracial folks that look and act like Teena. I have to be honest when I first saw her at six I thought she was biracial or multiracial.

SoulAlive	This should be an interesting Unsung episode.Teena went through alot of drama with Motown,which resulted in her suing them and leaving the label at the height of her popularity.

Back in the 80's, I didn't know that Teena was white neither. I used to figured that she was a very light-skinned sista.

She always looked white to me.
