Yes, I'm aware of that, but it was released late enough that it's real musical and cultural impact was felt the following year. "Nuttin But A G Thing" peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1993, so that's why I list it as the best of 1993. The same argument could be said for Achtung Baby, as it was released in November of 1991, but the biggest hit singles plus the huge tour which accompanied it came in 1992.
