that was awful to me.

Voice, fine (although when not rehearsing and actually performing with no breaks, it could of got ugly like before), It just looked like something from Silent Hill.

Aside from that, samey.

I don't think they said he couldn't, they wondered why he didn't.

No, they did say he couldn't... won't be long before Midnightmover will come in to spin what we see and hear on the video!

fucking hell,
those vocals are still tight

why oh why did he have to be taken away.

fucks sake.

i really think MJ was trying hard for this tour, and the majority would be sung live.

Lost means Gone, as you can see , Mj is still singing in the video.

Someone who lost their voice can't sing like this.

I think that was their point. They were being sarcastic.

What the hell was that at 0:10. lol

I'll say something though. Him being so thin in this video and watching his body language makes me wonder whether he was going for more of a "Thriller" -era type of thing in the overall. There's something that reminds strongly of the Michael Jackson of that era even in that clip (well, not only because of the song itself)

Funny how midnightmover hasn't said a word about this clip....

He was claiming Michael had completely lost his voice recently.

I did. Apple Trailer on Apple TV on home system.

Sounded... like Michael Jackson singing Human Nature to me. Sounds better than it did on the Dangerous Tour to me.

Also, it's just a rehearsal, so in that sense, I'm even more impressed.

But, you can't please all of the people all of the time. He could've sang the song in full perfectly and some people would have said it sounded like crap. What can you do?

SO TRUE!!!! Watch all the people that think they are experts critique the shit out of it....

MJ SOUNDS GREAT!

Man I'm sick of the critics on this board, it's so easy to criticize.
Fucking haters man, nothing to do but criticize....

I've always knew MJ could still sing live..But questioned if he'd have the energy to do it through out a whole show. But seeing him rehearse my favorite song of his was so cool cool
Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

well the fact that he looks like a corpse risen from the grave certainly goes a long way toward that sad

falloff LOL! Looks like me and you are the only one with standards around here. lol

wtf? This 40 second clip shows us exactly what we've seen before. A man showing no more than flashes of the old magic in quieter moments. Looks like I'm going to have to repeat what I've said a million times before because floons don't seem to have understood. MJ had no stamina to his voice anymore. The more singing he did, the weaker his voice got. This is why he only sang live in short bursts. Most likely, this 40 second clip (which is not good vocally) is the best fragment they could find.

It's a good thing for his legacy those concerts never happended because his voice always deteriorated as tours went on , which always led to an increase in the miming (that's a fact, not an opinion). By the end of the rehearsal process and as the run went on, we would have been watching and hearing a living tragedy.

Oh, and by the way, I only just found this thread and responded immediately. If you wanted me to respond you should have orgnoted me to tell me the thread was actually here.
