Dave Matthews covers Prince - Sexy MF

right around 6:25 he does a minute or so of the song

pretty funky - taken a few weeks ago Aug. 30 in Fresno, CA

he has perhaps one of the best live bands out there right now and love how he ends the show with this

yeah.....sorry if the title was misleading

for years i hated that band for some reason and then saw them live and it was hard to deny the talent

dave seems like a pretty talented guy but his band takes him to another level

each member of the band has their own tour bus and i believe they are just always touring - making millions

Some people tell me I've got great legs...

DMB are sooooo absolutely cold. Carter Beauford on the drums. Chops for days. I felt really horrible when saxman Leroi Moore was killed in that freak accident, as he added so much to them. I'm very happy at DMB hiring on Jeff Coffin (check out the Jeff Coffin Mutet, if you can -- they're awesome). Tim Reynolds' brutal guitar solo. Stefan holdin' it down. Killer stuff.

But there's no denying how awesome a band they are. I think their latest album is just under "Before These Crowded Streets" in quality. And, if they're doing a rearrangement of "Squirm," then consider me floored.

I wish Prince would interact with his fans the way DMB do. But, that's neither here nor there...

The mere idea of this is horrifying to me. I've always hated DMB, and being forced to see them live a few years ago only validated the feeling.
