http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 Clear Channel must be wearing out different songs in different areas because they rarely play those two down here. In my area, they have been wearing out the song (I can't think of the name of it) that Michael Jackson patterned "Billie Jean" after, the one that goes....you go back Jack do it again..... Andy has spoken dammitt.

Wish I'd known about this sooner, because I would have tried to go to it. HR guy at work told me about it yesterday when I was playing Aja when he came in. Too late for me to try to get a ticket. *An act of love that fails is just as much a part of the divine life as an act of love that succeeds, for love is measured by fullness, not by reception.* - *Love is never lost. It's never too late. Ran into a friend of mine outside the venue prior to Saturday night's show who just showed up with no ticket. Saw him after the show and he had scored a front row seat for $25! Someone probably sold him one of their Gibson comp tickets but DAMN!!! Out of the blue, i've been given 2 tix to tomorrow's Internet Request night featuring Larry "Mr. Guitar" Carlton... Keep Hope Alive... tA Tribal Disorder

Yea man That woulda been me if I had come down there, but I got caught up in a mess at home. I hear ya on the tix for tonite. I can probably hit the show and jet to work, but there's the risk of coming in late and I put all my remaining vacation time on Living Colour and 24-7 Spyz next month. 9.24 Key Club and 9.25 Viper Room, respectively. test

It isn't until my adult years that I realize how much this band actually impacted my approach to music. It's interesting because you cannot say this is an awesome rock band or pigeonhole them based on a genre but they have that signature sound that is theirs and the way they can infuse rock/jazz together into a sound that is distinctly their own is just inspiring to me. 2009: Mermaids and Dolphins...

Love ALL of these songs! "Parker's Band" is one of my favorites though. That intro. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven
