what was the first hip hop concept album?

We all know the first rock album with a concept(sgt peppers....) funk album(Ohio players, fire) and soul album)what's goin on) but what was the first hip hop album with a concept? I've always thought it was Raekwons Only built... but now i'm unsure of this. Hope the org can help me out here
