Anx's name reminded me I need to see Bowie but it's probably not going to happen as I read he has health issues so probably wont tour again.

I've seen everyone I wanted too.

I saw Stevie Wonder perform at the Essence Music Festival a few years back...WOW! He put on a great show. They had to literally pull him of stage. They cut the lights on in the venue and he kept going for another 20 minutes or so. I guess he didn't "get" the message.

I would love to see Sade and Lenny Kravitz.

Have yet to see Sade and didn't really feel compelled to in the past but will next time for sure since she/they are such hermits.

Saw Lenny quite a few times already. Best was in a small place when he opened for The Cult back in 91.

chris and tina are still doing tom tom club, and i think jerry harrison is still producing bands. i've read interviews where tina said she'd do a heads reunion if david byrne would agree to it. soo...?

sad but probably true. i wish he'd do just ONE more album and tour. i don't think 'reality' is a proper swan song. sad

yeah, just a tour would be nice. i'd LOVE if he did kind of a cabaret set up with a minimal band, where he just sat on a stool and told stories about his life between songs. that would be divine.

This is a great idea but I would want him to do it like this and the other night do the full on rock show. That way I get to see him in all rock glory and then genine songcraft versions as well.

Me neither. sigh

I'm so disappointed I didn't go to see that tour... I had the chance, but the tickets were a little more expensive than what I was prepared to pay at the time. And, of course, you always think 'There's always next time...'. sad

I saw him on the 'Outside' tour so I'll die happy, even if that's the first and last time.

Probably Bowie, if he ever decides to tour again. I've only seen him once back in 1990.

For me, it would be:

Michael Jackson
Madonna
Stevie Wonder
Sade

Prince.org is a cemetery where folks mourn Prince instead of celebrate him and his music. Last time I checked, Prince isn't dead yet.
