in search of "old school rap" song title & group

okay .org rap experts, I need your help.


sometime between about 1981 & 1984, there was a rap song called
(I think)
"f-r-e-s-h" or "fresh" or "yo that's fresh" or something like that.

towards the end of the song, they rap something like :

"we're so fresh we don't have to rehearse
we can even rap to ya.. in reverse !"
[& then you hear what is apparently some rap being played in reverse..]


can someone identify this song & group ???
