link to a press release?

Maybe she'll use this as a bargaining chip to get him to tour with his brothers

This is a smart career move for Janet. Her own recent tour didn't do very well, but this
new tour will make up for it.With Michael as the headliner, the shows will sellout instantly.

You gotta feel bad for Jermaine and the other brothers. It looks like they're being left behind.

I actually believe MJ is planning a tour, maybe this 30 date thing is true.

But I don't believe Janet will be involved. Her ego wouldn't allow charity from big brother.

Nothing confirmed about it, until tickets go on sale.

Well, apparently he sent a message to some fans last month stating that he "can't wait to perform" for us again! Looks like things are (finally) looking up! beg

I don´t believe it either. Why Indonesia?

its just so old at this point. every other hour there is a rumour. I think if you look up the word rumour in the dictionary its got a family picture of the jacksons as the meaning.

And they call them the "first family of music"... lol most of them ain't even got projects out and if they do, they're struggling to get it out (MJ, Rebbie's son Austin, La Toya for the 100th time, etc.).

yeah thats what im saying, i mean they are just resting on the past, which is cool if you want to do it, but cut the rumours, just retire and give your fans a break from this FAKE world. And alot of people that love these rumours also tend to put down older artists who still play and record and actually get out there and WORK now still because they are still driven.

The Jacksons need to stop playing games and teasing their fans.Just for once, they need to announce a tour and actually follow through with it! I don't know what the hell they're waiting for.None of them are getting any younger. This is their last chance to get out there, perform the classics and make some money. They won't be able to do this in 10 years.I think,in many ways, they've beome lazy and spoiled. They think that success should be handed to them on a silver platter, without them having to earn it.

I think they are afraid of failing, or ruining the "thirst" for a tour by finally doing one (the way people were made to wait between albums from Michael and Janet), as if they only have one chance to get out there.

If they've been watching Madonna though, it is obvious they could tour/perform every single year and earn money.

and why all the secrecy? Wasn't Janet supposed to appear on 'Larry King Live' to discuss all this? The Jacksons are a wierd bunch. With all these rumors swirling around them, they choose to stay silent and isolated.Michael and Janet should go on 'Oprah' together to discuss a 2009 tour.Sell the tickets a few days later and watch the shows sellout instantly.Create some excitement for once!!
