1. Isn't it Prince's right to reject or refuse a use of a sample for his music, just like it would be for any original artist who actually wrote the music?

2. Did Tupac and Dr. Dre get clearances for the Prince samples they used, and why is Ja using the same song that PAC used for one of his post-humous songs?
Can't this guy buy an original idea?

3. Who fucking cares about Ja anymore? He was so soundly beat and shut down by 50 and Eminem that he couldn't sell whiskey to a drunk guy, why waste your time listening to him again?

I can understand prince fans being mad at Ja but i'm trying to understand the hip hop fans hating on the guy. When the

Just ride with the guy with the hot hand(selling records)and forget about

He was just pissed because Prince wouldn't clear a sample he wanted to use and started in on the high heel thing. If his ass wasn't sampling in the first place, he wouldn't have to worry about clearances.
