She's not doing much dancing in most of that video to be sounding like that and there are breathing techniques that can be learned to help with breath control, I guess she figured nobody would notice if she was half dressed and surrounded by dancers. 
That "It's hard to dance and sing at the same time excuse" went out the window when I saw Beyonce and Christina Aguilera performances...both of them do a lot of dancing, in 3 inch heels, and neither of them sound this winded.
