WEEZER
You know what they say about arguing on the internet… It’s a lot like running a race in the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you’re still retarded.

It's a good album and it's the first time in forever where it actually sounds like the Weezer i used to love and Rivers sings like he used to. Definitely one of their better albums. Heart songs is really wonderful.

Heart Songs is great, truely beautiful! The other songs make me want to sing along in Weezer kind of way.....I'm not much of a singer but Weezer always seems to get me singing! What is going on with the old rumored collaborations with Matt Sharp? Did that ever pan out, or did they try it and decide there was nothing there? ________________

This would be one of those bands that I feel like I should love, but just don't get at all. It's too jokey, too ironic, like a hipster Blink 182

I've never really delved into Weezer, but I enjoy a few of their singles a great deal -- namely, "Undone (The Sweater Song)," "Island in the Sun," "Buddy Holly," and "Say It Ain't So." Those alone make them a billion times better than Blink-182.

really digging this album lately, Rivers Cuomo writes some good pop-/rocksongs! I like it too - a fun listen. Looks like they are still working a bit with Rick Rubin as well.
