Blu Cantrell: Like or no? I was listening 2 Blu's catalog of cd's yesterday and I never realized how good this woman can sing. Do any of you all like her music or vocal ability? The R3volution has taken many turns in the BOOM. | |

LOVE her voice. Haven't really heard much beyond "Oops" or whatever that song was called and "Breathe", but I liked both of those a lot. Are the albums any good? | |

[Edited 9/3/08 12:38pm] Her 2 albums are pretty good. LA Reid was supposedly doing her and that's how she got the record deal. Her first album is the better of the 2 (to me). I really liked "So Blue" (which, I believe, was done by Jam and Lewis) and also "Blu is a Mood". I keep those in my iPod on a regular basis. I enjoyed her 2nd album, but if you luck up and find the limited edition with the DVD, it's worth getting for the DVD alone. She truly has a beautiful instrument and her 1st cd was REALLY good and the 2nd was good and i have the DVD with the 2nd release its FUN. It's kind of bad when a talented songstress as herself cant get her due. I will 4ever be a FAN!!!! | |
