How's a Stevie Wonder concert like?

Hey, since I'll see SW on 9/25 in Munich, I wanna get in he SW mood. Has anyone ever been on his concerts? What is it like? Does he come late? How long does it last? What kinda people go there? Are you supposed to sing along??

I saw him in LA the show was amazing!!! one the best i've ever been to. and i've been to a lot. The "fans" were weak. As i expected them to be, many just were there because it's stevie wonder. but hardcores made themself known. All and all and amazing show. Show lasted about 2 hours. But had to end at 11 pm do to u.s. laws on noise levels at outdoor concerts. Stevie said "i aint paying no millon dollar fine!" that guy is funnny!!he brought his kids out to the stage as well, they are freakin talented!!! so dont frown if that happens.

Wanna get in a Stevie Wonder mood? Just play his music and get ready for a Funtastic time! The Munich crowd should be lively. Stevie feeds off the crowd, so get loud and get ready to be Master Blasted!

I saw him in Atlantic City, NJ in June. I had a ball! boogie
The show started on time and lasted about 2 hours. The crowd there was a lot of older people dressed 2 the nines, but that could have been the casino atmosphere.
There was a lot of audience participation. Stevie gave the men & women "parts" to sing during "Part-Time Lover" and "Ribbon in the Sky".
(Unfortunately I got suck in front of a screamer. rolleyes)

I was at this show. It was one of the best shows that I've seen from Stevie and I've seen him 12 times since 2005. A lively crowd will increase the likelihood of a Slammin show!

how's the sound? I was at a George Michael concert, and even theough everybody was singing along, you could still hear him perfectly well.
Was it the same at Stevie's concerts??

I saw him in 2005 in Stockholm and
did'nt have that high expectations since I thought
he had the best years behind him but I was put to shame
as he delivered an amazing performance.

I'll be seeing him again in Stockholm Sep 19 smile

It was GREAT here in Detroit! Sound was fantastic. He started late, though.

saw him in Detroit last year. it was incredible. he sounded great and the setlist was superb.

saw him again at the Taste of Chicago this summer and it was a bit sleepy starting out, but it kicked into high gear soon enough.

definitely go. you won't regret it.
