You can HEAR why they were never released. We're dying to hear so many of these, but in the end, there is no guarantee that any of them are good at all. I think there is a reason why they are still in his vault lol. However, there are a select few, like For All Time, that are brilliant. I think we're spoiled as Mj's fans- we get a LOT of leaks of unreleased tracks, and it's awesome! Yay to more leaks! www.maximum-jackson.com

I happen to love Got The Hots! Well, I like most of the leaked, unrelesed stuff. Circus girl Love never felt so good (that´s just perfect) Escape Fly away .... Actually I think that some of the unreleased stuff is better than some of the released stuff. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. I am not saying all of the unreleased stuff is bad- I actually love most of it. What I am saying is that you can tell or hear why a lot of the tracks were left off albums. Although some I will never understand why they were left off- FAT, Fly Away, Love Never Felt So Good, and Escape as said by dag. [Edited 8/24/08 5:52am] I will never understand how you are my life was chosen over fall again, that song should have been finished and put on Invincible!

That's the album's biggest flaw IMO I actually like Heal the World and especially kids love it. When I play it to kids at school while teaching in English, they all like it. For me, weak MJ tracks that were released include, for instance: You are my life This time around Just Good Friends Baby Be Mine Invincible Hold my Hand You are not alone Scream (I understand that he thought it was some innovative music but I was never too keen on that song) etc. There are some weaker MJ songs, even though I am still glad I have them. I don't belive that. MJ wrote and recoded a song with teh same name with Brian Loren! most of those titles must be rumours. Some details are incorrect- there are some errors, which I am sure the writers are aware of now, but I believe the book is mostly accurate. However, every song from For The Record has proof behind it- copyrights, records etc. There is a section in the book (For The Record) that deals separately with rumoured and unproven tracks [Edited 8/24/08 8:41am] [Edited 8/24/08 8:43am] www.maximum-jackson.com

"Nymphette Lover"? Could this be a mistake? In 1980,he wrote and produced a song called "Nighttime Lover" for his sister LaToya.

It has some cool bass in it. The lyrics are almost naughty. Some parts of it were used on Starlight, the early version of Thriller... The fact that even on the Ultimate Collection there were not a great deal of previously unreleased tracks, and some of them were demos, shows that the barrel has already been scraped. Otherwise, they would have cashed in and put more unreleased tracks on there and on Thriller 25. Instead, in the latter case, they resorted to pretending that For All Time was from the Thriller sessions when most fans knew it came from the Bad era. I don't buy the idea that MJ has a 'vault', he just isn't productive enough. [Edited 8/14/08 4:13am] [Edited 8/14/08 4:13am] No, because Michael owns all of the unreleased material. Unlike the Motown stuff, he owns the master recordings to those unreleased songs and will possibly own the OTW, Thriller, and Bad masters in the next 2 years. The deal with the Ultimate Collection was that Michael's never been too keen on releasing unreleased stuff. The Jacksons recorded nearly 500 songs for Motown and only about 200 of those have been released. Michael was very productive from 1976 to 1989. Now..... not so much It looks like Michael already owns his masters for all of his albums. If you go to iTunes you will see Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad etc are all owned by MJJ Productions Inc not Sony as opposed to The Jacksons albums which are still owned by Sony under Sony BMG Music Entertainment, and Prince's albums listed ubder Warner Bros.Record and Warners still own Madonna's masters etc. BenS71

Michael's owned the masters for all his album since the recording of the Bad album. He was just waiting for Sony to give him his masters to Off The Wall and Thriller, as promised in Sony/Epic's 1990-91 Billion $ profit potential contract Michael signed for an undisclosed sum. I don't belive that. MJ wrote and recoded a song with teh same name with Brian Loren! most of those titles must be rumours. Actually "Satisfy" is real. There's info on it on a Mariah Carey site. At least 98% of the book is accurate. Here's a little story: When I started contributing info on the book, there was a certain fan (some MJ fans know who he is) who started talking shit to me and calling me a fraud and a liar because he had never heard any of the info I was giving. Then I posted the US Copyright Office site, and he had shut his mouth This guy is real jerk Project L.O.V.E
