D'Angelo's New Album



Entertainment Weekly
Issue date: June 20, 2008

After an eight-year hiatus during which he was arrested for drug possession and DUI, suffered injuries in a car crash, and checked into rehab, Grammy-winning soul stirrer D'Angelo is recording his third studio album.

The still-untitled disc will be released by RCA/Sony BMG this fall and will feature collaborations with John Mayer and Raphael Saadiq, who co-produced D' Angelo's 2000 hit, "Untitled (How Does It Feel").

8 years? Damn...that's a hella long time. Man, in the 70's and 80's, if u pulled that kind of shit...it was over. Nowadays..it doesn't seem to matter. Cool though, I like the cat. I'll check it out. Curious to see what's all on there.

Oh i know that, but they have no control over the "egos" of artists. At the end of the day D'Angelo is the one that will put it out, or maxwell, or Lauryn Hill or Axl Rose etc

There is 10 tracks that are in circulation among small group of people right now that are from D'angelo's "James-River" project.I wont trade these tracks with fellow orgers do to how the prince FANATICS ruin prince bootleg community.
if little leg work you can obtain voodoo outtakes and few concerts from voodoo tour.

I find this hard to believe. That kind of shit would have at least leaked in snippet form on Okayplayer. There's more chance of Stevie Wonder '74 outtake snippets leaking...which is in fact what recently happened on Okayplayer!

tracks are tagged if they leaked then they would know where the source came from okayplayer and org has never done anything for me to release this music.
