Most economic fallacies derive from the tendency to assume that there is a fixed pie, that one party can gain only at the expense of another.

Hurrah i awake from yesterday
alive but the war is here to stay
so my love catherina and me
decide to take our last walk
through the noise to the sea
not to die but to be re-born
away from a life so battered and torn....
forever...

I would recommend David Sylvian ~ Secrets of the Beehive. Lyrically and musically it is extraordinary ~ and one song, When Poets Dreamed Of Angels, would have special meaning for you. It's something I've wanted to give you for quite a while but the twice you were here I just ran out of time.

i like this a lot. the imageray in my head when i'm listening is very steampunk. i don't know if this will be one that sticks with me, but right now it's fun and energetic.

Yep, it's great. But I don't even know the real name, it's "The Age Of The Understatement", of course.

i'm a big fan of that album too - it's a big, sprawling, messy epic, and I love pretty much every minute of it.

It's quite a bleak album, yes smile

Some of it was inspired by visits to concentration camps, some of it by anorexia and some of it by prostitution.

Probably not a good album to use for Pass-The-Parcel at a kids' party....
