Spears taken in ambulance after standoff ,she needs help !

LOS ANGELES - Britney Spears offered paparazzi yet another field day as she was taken from her home in an ambulance after a custodial standoff involving her children that lasted nearly three hours.
The 26-year-old pop star was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Entertainment Tonight reported on its Web site Friday. Cedars spokeswoman Simi Singer said she could not confirm or deny the report, citing patient confidentiality laws.
Officer Jason Lee of the Los Angeles Police Department told City News Service that Spears appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Hedeclined to elaborate. No injuries were reported.
Spears was conscious late Thursday when paramedics took her out of her home in a gurney. Several police cars escorted the ambulance out of the neighborhood, followed by dozens of celebrity reporters.
Officers were called to Spears' house around 8 p.m. to respond to a custodial dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline over their sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, Lee said.
By about 10:30 p.m., six police cars, two ambulances and a fire truck had entered the gated-community that includes Spears' house. Several police cars were seen in the area earlier in the night.
Spears turned over the children around 10:50 p.m., Lee said.
Calls to the Police Department's media line early Friday were not answered.
Spears and Federline have been involved in a long and very public custody battle. Federline has temporary custody of the children because Spears, who has limited visitation rights, has defied court orders. The two were married in October 2004 and divorced in July.
Spears has appeared increasingly out of control the last year. She has been photographed without underwear and appeared to be drunk and out-of-control. She shaved her head, beat a car with an umbrella and spent a month in rehab and has had a handful of fender benders, including one in which she ran over a photographer's foot.
Earlier Thursday, Spears appeared for a deposition in her custody dispute.
Spears was deposed for just 14 minutes, attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told reporters after Spears left.
Spears called in sick for a Dec. 12 court-ordered deposition, but was photographed that day driving with a friend. She also didn't show up for a session Wednesday, Kaplan said.
Spears' attorneys from the firm Trope and Trope on Wednesday filed a court motion asking to be relieved due to a "breakdown" in communication with their client.
Kaplan said Spears' attorneys were present for what became a very abbreviated session.
"The deposition proceeding did go forward today. It was scheduled for 9:45 to 11:45," Kaplan said. "However, it wasn't able to commence until 11:32."
"You can imagine in 14 minutes there's not a lot of time to develop questions," he said.
Kaplan said another deposition would be scheduled.

Damn, they had to handcuff her ass to the stretcher because she's acting a damned fool. If it took 10 large male paramedics to hold her down, than she must have taken one hell of a drug. They can charge her with soo many offenses right now. From that little bit of footage that I've seen on the morning news, she's resisted arrest, possible child endangerment, failing to abide by court orders, obvious substance abuse of some sort while in the care of her children, and possible kidnapping...damn, I don't give a fuck about her little issues, but when a parent does this with their children present, than they need to be either arrested or put away in a psych ward. If she wants to hurt herself, that's bad enough, but don't fucking hurt your baby by being stupid and irrational, because that doesn't show that you really loves them. Her not being in her right frame of mind (not that she ever really has been in recent months) could have resulted in her injuring little Jayden without realizing what she was really doing. Hopefully, now, she'll be forcefully committed to mental evaluations and treatment, because this is ridiculous. The year just started and already she's doing stupid shit. I now see why she never showed up at those depositions. A fifteen minute deposition earlier that day apparently pushed her over the edge and made her lose fucking mind. She's had more chances than she deserves in this custody battle IMO. After her ass didn't show up to that first deposition, I would have had her subpeonaed and if she didn't show up after that than she would have been arrested if she didn't comply. It shouldn't have had to go this far. Damn, I hate when people do shit like this to their children.

I was never a fan of Spears, but this has nothing to do with music. This is a personal painful period for her, I won't say some dumb silly stuff to get a laugh off or say she need to "get her shit together", whatever the fuck that means. I only offer her prayers, and that's it.

I'm just listening to "Born To Make You Happy" right now, Poor Britney she should go to live in Switzerland.

I make fun of her all the time and can't stand her, but this is serious and for the sake of those kids, she better get well soon.

Livin' in Las Vegas 4 a total of 15 years I had my ups and down with demons and personal monsters! I was addicted 2 crystal meth and alcohol,I loved the 24/7 atmosphere and all that came with it livin' in Sin City ! Near the end of my stay in Las Vegas I was livin' on the streets,one day I woke up and said;"Fuck This" ! I got off my dead ass and made a plea 2 my family 4 help ! I moved and got away from the whole drug scene,I have been clean for 4 years now,and feel so much better now that the Meth Monster is no longer chasin' me ! Brit needs 2 wake up and decide that enuff is a enuff ! I hope that she sees the light b 4 its 2 late !
