I heard the most amazing song on flow 93.5 (Toronto hophop/rnb station), and I heard an amazing song that captured my imagination. It was RnBish, dirty mindish era, track with a pre chorus that goes "Break it up...(other lyrics)" or "Breakin' up...(other lyrics"
