did you guys know that Georgio almost became a Prince protege? In the mid-80s,his demo tape made it's way to Paisley Park Records and Prince was getting ready to sign him.But according to Georgio,they offered him a shady deal."Prince and BrownMark wanted to take all the credit for writing and producing my songs",Georgio said."Now I understand how Prince's thing works.He finds people who would do anything to be a star.I'm not one of those people".

Exactly! Giorgio wasn't very talented,imo.His music sounded "cheap" and formulaic.Maybe he needed a producer?

I can't see the video but I love his music. I used to have his cassette until the tape got eaten up in my car's cassette player. Thank God for 45s. lol

I never liked his look though. That long hair looked horrible. It was too long. He looked like a Chippendale dancer.

I have his cd's except the last one,Rolling.Didn't Prince and Brownmark teach him to play the little he knew how to play? I mean,as far as guitar and keys.I thought I read that. He already knew how to program beats because had been a dj or something in LA.
