New KELIS "Brass in pocket"

Anyone heard the new Kelis track, it's from the soundtrack of "Just like heaven" (Resse Witherspoon and John Hedder) it's a cover of the pretenders song

It's nice, but I feel that this is a bit of a middle road college radio tune

not what I'd expected from Kelis to be honest. I thought she'd go for a bit

more "oomph"

It's very mellow for Kelis but I like it. I like when she shows her softer side and just straight sings.

Didn't know that. I love Ultra Nate but haven't heard much from her lately.

I really like Kelis and this one is good!

-- alot of people wrote her off because of Milkshake but she had a alot of good songs before that I looooove 'Kalidescope' and she also had another CD 'Wanderland' that was exellent -- people who fell off from her shouls really check her out! music good shit!
