the only one that should be doing jail is the mom. agreed. that's not to say, even , that i think mj is innocent. all i'm willing to say is that based on all that i've read and watched regarding the trial (which is A LOT), the prosecution has not proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he is guilty. their key evidence was the 1108 information (prior bad acts) and nothing ever came of those accusations. its kind of hard to corraborate this accusation with a previous accusation that was dropped. based on the merits of the case, i'd say mj has an acquittal coming up. unfortunately, its not necessarily true that all the people on that jury are judging mj on the merits of the case at hand. | |
