I wasn't familiar with her music at all until today. KBLX played Think(About It) twice in an hour this morning. I played a couple more songs on Musicmatch and came across "James Brown's Original Funky Divas." I ordered the 2 cd set through Amazon, and the funky first ladies include Bea Ford, Yvonne Fair, Vicki Anderson, Kay Robinson, Shirley Jean & The Relations, Sugar Pie DeSanto, and Tammy Montgomery a.k.a. Tammi Terrell. | |
