QUESTION 2 PURPLE RAIN FANS

I have the purple rain soundtrack but I really want to have all the music from the film, especially Sex shooter by Appolonia 6 and jungle love by the time.
Is it available?
Also, who are Vanity 6? Are they like the proper name of the band without Appolonia in it?

Vanity and Appolonia are two different people.

Sex shooter is on the Apollonia 6 album "Apollonia 6"

Jungle love is on The Time album "Icec ream Castle"

the best palce to look is in used record stores thrift and consignment shops, where i found my copies. i don't think Apollonia 6 was released on cd.


Vanity 6 was the name of the group before Vanity left. She was repalced in the group and the movie Purple Rain by Apollonia.

Vanity 6 had one Album, "Vanity 6" it was rereleased in '89 or '90 on cd, but there was a very small print run, so it goes for up to $100+ dollars, though sometimes you can stumble on a copy for cheap.

'Jungle Love' can be found on Amazon

that Apollonia 6 album was some straight dog shit. i found a cvinyl copy and used to mix Sex Shooter in with some house music songs when i was dj'ng a coupla years ago. the rest of that album was horrific. i paid for $2.00 for it and still felt overcharged.
