Second thing, Prince was not run out of the NYC club, he was asked to leave, knowing that if he didn't, it could've gotten ugly, it was Prince and Aaron there---lemme see, Prince and Aaron ---- me and 15 of my friends, good thing they left. The owner of the club was a close friend of mine so he did not interfere. Regardless, Prince never went back to Float after that.

Hope that clears it up.

Many times, folks have posted stories on here claiming that they know exactly what went down, and it almost always contradicts stories told by other folks claiming to be in the know. Again, I think you are telling the truth, because it is in line with what I've been told by insiders in the past. Just understand why not everyone is willing to accept your story. Perhaps you could fill us in a little on how you know Mayte and Prince, etc? Your comment that P & Mayte have hung out as friends since their split definitely rings true, since I heard that from a friend who was working at Paisley at the time (and yes folks, some divorced folks do remain friends after their split. My ex is one of my best friends, so don't attack meltedman for that).

Prince supposedly went ballistic in this club, I think it might be called Liquid, and demanded that Mayte leave the club. Mayte refused and they got into a loud screaming argument that was seen by many people. That was last report of them being together -- the screaming at each other at the club in New York. A while after the New York club fight, Mayte started showing up in the gossip columns linked with Tommy Lee...and that was officially the end of Prince and Mayte.

Damn I think I would have been on the floor laughing for P to curse out Mayte at a club. But what did she expect, I mean he had carmen electra and nona gaye I believe at the same time he had her before they got married. Everyone knows that if a man dumps another woman for you then he will do you the same way when he gets tired of you. Thats just a fact....as for Mani....who knows P probably already got a backup and she could be on her way out soon too, although they have been married a minute now...
