Losing guitar pick during Olympics performance of Diamonds And Peatls song was a mistake? During that particular performance at the begining of guitar solo you can see guitar pick flying out from Prince hands . he finished the solo without a pick. do you think it was a mistake he didnt plan to play without pick but lost it in the moment of excitment ? | |

no he didnt pull another one.he played without a pick,doing leggato runs with left hand | |

Is it just me, because I just don't get this post, but what's the big deal about Prince losing a guitar pick and may or may not have played with his hand? Are things really that boring and bad here on the board, that this is the best that we can come up with? | |

To me, it would be on par with someone saying....."Kicking the microphone stand down during the 1985 AMA performance of Purple Rain was a mistake?" It's because both of these moments were total badass moments that we Prince fans remember vividly, and we know Prince did them on purpose and they were cool as hell!
