(Page 7) Claims Sharon Nelson was assaulted by representatives of Comerica.
Not verbally assaulted but actually assaulted? What the devil is going on here?

SNJ is also mad over Comerica not releasing any music but that appears to be changing. SNJ bring up the fact that the Tribute Concert was one of only two income producers for the heirs, not the estate. Cry me a river over that one.

One hopes the assault was not physical but nothing in this file says it wasn’t. It is very poorly written with obvious mistakes so it makes me wonder who typed this up, maybe Sharon but would she have typed S&J instead of SNJ?

Anyway fees are going down so maybe they are getting a handle on this and things will get more productive.

It was written for dramatic effect, there was never any physical assault documented anywhere lol . I strongly suspect that Lawnie is still working for SNL and has written up all these new SNL documents that were filed, trying to slink around various things that were done nod Unbelieveable.

Agree that Lawnie probably wrote up the Supplemental Objections (and other docs) that Sharon has been filing pro se. can the judge ask who wrote the docs for her? Is Lawnie violating the judges orders?

Tyka has retained another attorney, Lee Hutton, to represent her.

So Alfred, Omarr, and Tyka have attorneys once again, and SNJ are representing themselves.

No Lee Hutton’s firm quit in August 2018 and is looking for their fees. The filing said they represented Tyka from January to August 2018.

What do you think about Sharon’s filings? Would the judge question who actually wrote them for her?

No, he wont question who wrote her Objection.

Personally, I don't think it is Lawnie himself. It could a friend of his that he referred her to, or an associate of his, or an attorney she is paying to do piecemeal work.

The estate attorneys had to have known before they filed this could become an issue because it is Basic Law 101.

The case was filed against the attorneys that Ian consulted with before releasing Deliverance.

There are many filings regarding this "pitch book" and the Estate attorneys are requesting the Court to find Gregg Walker in Contempt of Court. He is the Court appointed Heirs Rep.

There are 20,000 emails? I am lost. There are NDA's broken with the Estate. Of course, we have no idea due to the redacted documents filed as to what went down.

But it appears Gregg Walker entered into a NDA with investors (3rd parties) to:

"The Transaction is the acquisition of the Estate or some or all of its subsidiary(s) and or assets including Paisley Park Enterprises, Paisley Park Facility, NPG Records and NPG Publishing (the “Estate Assets”). As a result, the Heirs Representatives anticipates disclosing to Recipient confidential information and other proprietary information which will be subject to the following terms and conditions."

I dunno. Sounds like the Court and the attorneys at Comerica placed too much trust in this dude, and allowed him to run wild.

He has done something that has pissed Comerica off to the nth degree.

Wonder what 3rd party is behind this transaction. Are the heirs looking at cashing out in this transaction?

Yeah. He's trying to sell off everything to investors?
Ugh.
At least if it belonged to SNJ&TAO it'd be in the "family".

If I'm right about everything planned to be sold off by "family", that could explain why his ashes were removed from Paisley.

Gregg Walkers’s affidavit filed in summer 2018 states that he represents all the heirs (which was surprising to me).

The older ones seem itchy for their money. Sharon, Norrine and John are well into their 70s. John and Alfred seem to have issues. That means four siblings ripe for the picking.
I can't believe Tyka or Omarr would want PP and his personal items sold off.
But it might take an investment company to buy SNJA's shares.

I'm sure there will be some truth revealed quite soon regarding who wants what, especially with all the filings. We could all be very surprised disbelief
