The artisty and majestic power of the NPG show in Miami in 1995.... Wow!!!!!

Listened to the show yesterday on a long drive.

Holy moly...

Seriously, was this "Peak Live Prince"???

To borrow a phrase from Nigel Tufnel - verything - everyone - is playing on "Eleven".

Love that Eric Leeds joins them too. He totally CRUSHES IT as well.

For the people in the audience there it must have felt like their faces were melting offf.

There were 2 shows in Miami in 1995 on consecutive nights:

http://www.princevault.co...ne_1995-am

and

http://www.princevault.co...ne_1995-am

so it's not clear to which one you are referring (Eric Leeds performed on both occasions).

As far as I know the 9th isn't in circulation. Or if it is I want it.

And my boot of the 8th is missing the last 4 songs.

Awesome show. Count The Days and Return Of The Bump Squad the highlights for me.

I was lucky enough to attend these shows (also the 1994 shows in South Beach).

These are probably the shows/experiences that I wish I could go back and re-live this most.

Great times.

these shows would have been great fun! I love the idea of playing nothing but new material. I like the hits as much as anyone, but the shows I keep coming back to are the ones where the new material takes centre stage like this one cool

Sounds interesting. Didn't know Leeds played with him in the 90's.

The shows are both available in a box called June 7. It may have not been P’s peak, but it was definitely that bands.
