Question about the Vault

if the estate wanted to specifically look for a song or show ...is everything labeled as such?

On a serious note, I believe it was in semi-order, some
Stuff clearly labelled and stored other stuff just left
Around in boxes. That’s what I assume Iron Mointain are
Busy doing as we speak; digitising the whole shebang into one easily manageable system.

That guy in charge of archiving it said The tapes were very unorganized and mislabeled. He also said some had been recorded over. We may have stuff that’s not even around any longer in Master tape form.

They were probably transfered to Iron Mountain
in the same state they were photographed, no?

They have lots of hours to listen to. We don't know how many they were (what is on the hard drives?).
On a side note, I see The Time albums in multitrack and it makes me dream of Deluxe Editions.
They are the only pics taken that day worth looking at. I won't mosey over my guest's bedroom. It is not my place.

From what I heard it was kind of a mess - a real hodgepog - like sorting through someone's old 80's cassette mix tapes. God, how fun would it be to sort through all that though? Usually when someone dies it's a mix of a cathartic, melancholy trip down memory lane, often with weird discoveries that have no personal meaning to you and leave you uncertain what to do with them (old letters, photos coins and keepsakes).

But with this, aside from the sadness you'd feel that he's gone, it'd just be a delight, like digging through a treasure trove.

I thought they said they would only digitalize on an "as requested" basis.
