Chazz Smith Needs Our Questions

Chazz is wanting us to send him questions so he can try to get answers for us. For his email address please visit his FB page : Charles 'Chazz' Smith.

Thank you for your continued support in seeking justice for my younger cousin, Prince. Meetings with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency under the Department of Justice took place last Friday in downtown Minneapolis. It was very powerful room to be in and the meeting was a success. These officials have the power necessary to greatly impact the direction of this case. I am asking for your help, so please read the following carefully. I am pulling together important questions and names. I do not want to forget anything that could be beneficial. Whether you're writing letters, donating to the movement, drafting a petition or making telephone calls, everyone is doing what they can to help. If you are interested in helping to prepare for next steps please A) submit your ten (10) leading questions relative to his life/death/investigation and B) list any names that law enforcement should consider (or re-consider) contacting. Please send only one email and no more than a page in length. The information must be submitted via the private email address listed below and not on social media (ex. Facebook or Twitter). The deadline to send me an email is 5:00 PM CDT on Thursday, September 6, 2018 in the U.S. Minneapolis counsel will review and compile all the information with me. While I appreciate your personal opinions and/or recommendations, I am interested in only serious inquiries. I ask that you respect the above guidelines in order to maximize everyone’s time and next steps. I will then be meeting to go over all the questions with law enforcement. My counsel who accompanied me on Friday is a well-respected and experienced trial attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has been involved in several high-profile cases and previously served as a former Assistant U.S. Attorney. He is representing me as we move forward. I cannot guarantee anything but I have their attention. The information you send will be kept confidential & private. Your name will also be removed before I send this over to counsel & before we meet with law enforcement. Please include the following:

1) Your first initial & last name (whatever your most comfortable with)
2) Your city/state or country
3) A way to contact you (in case we need to speak to you further)

No problem. I know a lot of us had some questions that we would love to have the opportunity to ask, and maybe he can get some of them answered. His email address is on his post on his FB page, I didn't include it here but you can find it there. biggrin

shouldn’t Chazz have a list of his own questions after two years of investigations? Enough to keep attorneys busy for weeks I would think.
Why turn to random fans who never been in a room with Prince unless they brought a ticket?
Do what you want but, it seems like a ploy to get email, phone #, and mailing info.
Maybe I am just suspicious by nature.

1 - Chazz, did you ever get around to reading the investigative reports? We know you admitted to Michael Dean that you had not.
2 - Chazz, after 2.5 years of selling t-shirts and tours, you don't have your own questions?
3 - you just want everyone's email addresses, right?

Question- few of the people on his site are in law or law enforcement. What real insight could we possible offer to help. Have you every have a good talk with Larry Graham, Prince’s JW friends or anyone he would confine in? Otherwise it all for nothing.

This thread should be titled "Chazz Smith Needs Our Money" - because you know that's EXACTLY where this is going.

Seriously, what questions do you think a bunch of internet people could ask that Carver County, the FBI, Homeland Security, USPS Postal Inspectors, the DEA and other agencies haven't thought of, asked orinvestigated?
.
Y'all are suspicious of some people due to gossip, psychics, bad info posted here, redacted court documents, and what little you are privy to.
Then there's that ridiculous petition full of false claims. Embarrassing.
.
Here's one for you conspiracy buffs: if there was any hint of purposeful wrongdoing by Kirk Johnson, would he have been hired by Paisley Park, under contract to the estate?

With all the resources by local and federal investigators, do people really think spending a few hundred dollars on a PI will crack this?

With all due respect, the flow of drugs in this case cannot be more important than that involved in any other death attributed to illicit opioids.

I wouldn't be mad at a relative for trying everything under the sun, IF they were really trying. It's the "if" part I'm having problems with in all this.

Well I won't get into it all on this thread and that is the reason why I didn't list my questions here. A lot of questions need to be asked, and if he has an ear in the PA's office, why not ask? What does it hurt?

Questions are all thru out the investigative file threads and some pretty darn good ones too, that doesn't necessarily pertain to any certain person, but pertains to the drugs themselves.

People normally ask questions to get a better insight of things. Asking questions never hurt a thing. If you don't ask questions, how do you learn?

There is only ONE important question:
What was the drug supply chain between the manufacturer of the illicit drugs and Prince.
NOTHING ELSE. This was not a murder not a conspiracy.

There is more than that question that needs to be answered.. But I agree, it was not murder or a conspiracy.

You need to understand something:
UNTIL that one important question is answered, nothing can move forward.
This is not a gossip investigation.
This is solely a death investigation.

I need to understand something??? lol

We all have our own opinions on what needs to be asked, it seems like you don't understand that.

What do you mean, "nothing can move forward" until "that one important question is answered"? Who or what precisely is stymied from "moving forward" (and to where, exactly)?

-

The investigative authorities made their determination -- his death was an accident caused by a self-administed OD on fentanyl-laced counterfeit opioid pills, with not enough evidence to charge anyone -- and closed the case.

-

I have no idea at this point what specifically the crew demanding "answers" is wanting or expecting to happen, and by whom.
