I believe the taxes on the Estate have to be paid first before any distributing of the assets can be done.

If Comerica is paying taxes and handling business, I don't believe that would slow business?

I am concerned that it may be more chaotic if the siblings get full control...

The Judge named the heirs in May 2017.
The one year waiting period ran its course in May 2018.

Hadn't realized the date passed already, but I knew a judgement on final heirs had been made. So obviously there a major hold up on why it's not out of probate yet. The lawsuit? The Lonny issue? Warner Bros.?

Lonnie has been busy filing all kinds of motions and declarations due to the upcoming hearing

regarding the return of fees his company Northstar received from the Estate.

Northstar has an attorney but Lonnie is individually representing himself.

An attorney who represents himself has a fool for a client. That could be an Abe Lincoln quote.

I wonder how long they are going to hold this up in court. Basically this is fighting over CAK not giving back money, yet they are going to be running up court bills that could easily end up amounting to the heirs ponying up the amount that CAK is supposed to pay back. So this is SNJ fighting to get rid of everybody so that CAK can run the Estate again. SNJ are the fighters and OAT aren't. The need a partial mediator IMO.

There is a court appointed mediator. Apparently, SNJ have a dislike for him.

Is this matter the only one that has everything tied up in probate still? Or are the pending lawsuits part of the probate courts? I thought they were a separate matter issued by the family only but I can't be sure.
