Is anyone weary about what info would be released on June 7th? Is it my imagination or is there at least one disconcerting bit of information released or revealed on every anniversary or birthday in the last two years since he died?? I am not just talking about info about his death, moderater. So, please don't tell me to go to the death investigation thread.

The only information I pay attention to is news about upcoming releases. I don't care about his private life/girlfriends/hairstyles etc. I only care about his music so as far as I am concerned, no, I'm not weary about any information being released. | |

I think you mean "wary." (But questions like these definitely make me weary, too.) We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

I'm not because I am happy about them releasing stuff. I choose to not go into it with a negative attitude. It's really judging the album by the cover - and the cover isn't even out, nor is the project. Y'all gotta calm down a bit. Have a spirit of gratitude. They could just lock everything up and say "fuck you" to everyone, sell Paisley Park and call it a day. Yet they have worked to keep his legacy alive thru music and other venues. Be happy. No, not your imagination, IMO. I kinda agree. It's never what I expect, better or worse are equally possible, and sometime it's really sad (God, the timing this past April was horrifying).
