Not the best quality..the 2 trax just leaked are the best sourced trax until now !

Yeah, the "piano and strings" version and the "live with strings" version. The only soundboard track from the First Avenue 83 show that was part of the recent leaks is "Electric Intercourse".

This is my understanding as well. And, I'm pretty sure it was not leaked by the same source(s) that have leaked the rest of these tracks.

Wow! The audio is incredible and makes this song all the better for it. A complete SB leak can't be far away. Hearing the full show in this quality would likley plant this firmly atop the bootleg mountaintop. Another lost opportunity for the Estate.

The sound was horrendous on this, highs way too high, it hurts the ears. Perhaps I downloaded the wrong version, or, perhaps my headphones are just too awesome.
