Dave Chappelle remembers his friend Prince

I hadn't seen this interview on the org. Sorry if its a duplicate.

Dave Chappelle talks about Prince from about 3:18 - 5:05. Another glowing account of the impact Prince had on a comedian that many consider to be one of the top 5 comedians of all time.

Wow, that was really touching. Thanks a lot for this.

Dave Chappelle and Prince go way back. Didn´t he also do a show at Paisley Park in the mid 90s right before a Prince concert?

Great clip, thanks for posting. To me, Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock are tied for top on the planet right now.

Very nice! Dave Chappelle took Prince's death very, very hard. You can tell he really loved him. A lot of people never knew that Prince was such a comedian.

Yes, you could tell that speaking about him really made him very sad. Heck, just watching this made me very sad. Must still be devastating for Dave, just like for most of us here.

Good to see so much love and appreciation for Prince.

.

I remember a video clip of Dave, on the day Prince had passed (maybe TMZ)......and they asked for his thoughts, and he was very choked-up, he could barely speak. sad
