What is Prince saying at the end of "Dreamer"

During the guitar solo at the end of the song "Dreamer" does anyone know what Prince is saying? I do not mean the "wake up...wake up" part or " I pledge alligience to..." part...but the mumbling that is going on during the solo....if you know please post - thanks!
