Part 13 here we go:

A continuation of the most recent billing filed by the Comerica attorneys for October 2017.

Troy filed an affidavit today. It was totally redacted. Most likely the business transaction that SNJ objects to and for which Troy has recently spoke to the press about.

The attorneys have spent a great deal of time on "S&S matter"but I have no idea what the initials mean.

Gresham and Leverette filed an appeal with the Minnesota Supreme Court. I think the girls did too.

The attorneys know about the bootleg Sign O the Times video.

They also worked on the NPG license and agreement.

They are also working on the 2016 Prince Act with Minnesota legislatures.

They worked on trademarks for Prince around the globe in every single country this includes all names associated with him including Purple Rain, Paisley Park, NPG, 3EG, Vanity 6, etc.

They are working on lots of infringement of goods like Tshirts, mugs, etc

They are working on infringement with the P impersonator. You know who I mean, right?

Cease and desist to the UK Prince Revelation Tribute Show also people ripping off by using the name "Purple Reign."

Litigation with Thuy Nam Ly. Was this the guy on all the Facebook pages making P jewelry?

For those of you saying these attorneys don’t want to settle anything until they drain the Estate dry I guess you want them to settle with The Girls, Boxhill, Cousins, Gresham, Leverette, Tidal, Jobu, Dixon and the Italian litigation about The Most Beautiful Girl in the World ..just to name a few. <---all these cases are currently being litigated.

I am only on page 148 out of 691. The above was billing for October 2017, and I only hit some of the items the attorneys are working on.

TMZ has a piece today that says heirs (no names) are concerned there won't be any money left for them once the estate is settled. I honest to God don't care if they see one cent.

TMZ Article: EXCLUSIVE

Prince's Heirs Worried They'll Get Zilch Estate's Burning Cash Like Crazy!!!

Prince's estate is spending a ton of cash -- at times more than $600k PER MONTH -- and dropping that kinda loot has the singer's heirs worried they'll be left with nothing when it's their turn to collect.

Sources close to Prince's heirs tell TMZ ... they're dumbfounded at how much money it costs to manage the late singer's estate. We're told at the current burn rate, heirs feel there's gonna be close to nothing when it's time to distribute the inheritance.

Read the entire article here. Do not repost it in its entirety. The org does not have permission to do so folks.

When this happened on the case I worked on (where attys fees and costs exceeded the amount being fought over by heirs) our firm became involved in a top to bottom audit of attorneys' invoices. We looked at every billed item and had another attorney evaluate whether fees and costs were "reasonable". There were literally millions unfairly, unethically billed
Like more than one attorney at a deposition, or twelve hours billed for a motion to compel (ridiculous as any competent attorney can draft one in an hour, maybe two). It was eye opening when we even found plane tickets to Florida in the billings, without any reason for such. I hope the heirs hire an independent Atty to review legal bills
When my dad died the attorney working on his trust tried to bill 20,000 to the trust for preparing (but never completing) a tax return. Seriously, we said we wouldn't pay, we paid instead maybe 2,000, and then fired that attorney. Do not trust attorneys simply because they say you should. That profession is rife with rip off artists and liars

Sorry about your Father. There are some really shady lawyers out there. We are now realizing why Prince didn't like them.

I'm not saying turn it into a MJ "Neverland" with theme park rides, but they could do something really nice with that land, and maybe have a nice memorial for Prince.

Comerica bills are detailed and they are working on trademarks and copyrights globally. The older sobs want cash and I do not think they are business savvy enough to see the big picture. I guarantee L M leaked this to TMZ.

They started selling the property almost the minute he died. Some of those residential ans commercial propArty could be turned into money making ventures.

Well, some type of thing that would benefit both residents and visitors alike would be wonderful. But I can not fault the family for having to make hard decisions in terms of how to pay the bills. There is a great deal of expense involved with this estate that we are all really clueless about. Just seeing the cost for lawyers to sort through it all should tell everyone that we have very little idea of what's involved. I want to look at this and say they are doing what needs to be done in the least painful way possible. I'd rather see real estate/property sold off than anything from the vault. I'm sure there's other things that I'd rather see them keep than property. There's no attachment to property or real estate with the exception of PP.
