Unexpectedly, this morning. I was half-awake making coffee. When Doves Cry was running through my head and it got stuck on repeat at - An ocean of violets in bloom. I saw/felt an ocean of violets in my minds and thought about Prince writing that beautiful line. Tears welled up out of the blue.
