I don't really care if any land is sold off. It's all about the music for me. But if I was a property developer into building residential properties, I would be chomping at the bit to get a peice of land right next door to PP. You could sell your houses at premium prices having Paisley Park as your neigbour... I can imagine several Prince fans scooping up a few houses. If I had the money, if I was looking for investments, if I was American, if I enjoyed the cold weather... I probably would.

They are being misguided by their lawyer or someone. They do not go to the meetings and then protest every business decision thus holding up money making deals. The court wants this probate move forward and is just going to approve any and everything.

The sibs should go to the meetings and make a decision on the things that are over 2 million and stop letting the court decide. The court even found a retired judge to help them and still refuse to work with anyone.
