I am not a lawyer nor an insider... Money is the big issue...but if there are 6 heirs...you would think things would divided up 6 ways... But has anyone heard what some of the big issues are?? I get his music/vault... I just can't believe it's almost been 2 years and they are no closer to solving these issues...these lawyers are ass raping the estate!

While there's many threads on this already, it boils down to Prince's legacy being a mess. Multiple labels and multiple rights-holders to his recorded output and unreleased stuff. What they're trying to do is basically get the "House in Order" and clarify who the stakeholders are for each and every recording. With someone as prolific as Prince, you can see why this is daunting, especially his post-WB stuff when he was quasi-independent.

And what is being "held up"? Were you expecting some big announcement? Were you expecting a check or a direct deposit? A newsletter? Postcard?

You ask "has anyone heard what some of the big issues are?" then you complain because "they are no closer to solving these issues".
