Unfortunatly, that is a typical 1960s haircut for little black boys. They just skinned the children's heads with no caring about hairline.

true...but P naturally had the wolfman/eddie munster hairline... i can see why they called him "butcher-dog" as boy... he was an odd looking lil fella...to his credit, he would grow up to epitomize "swag"...

that nickname i only ever heard "skipper"

Notice how Prince is wearing all white. And, why did they have the kids sit on the dirty ground?

Yes, they sure are. I was bullied in school. Back then, the teachers or principal did not do much of anything. These days, you get swift discipline if you harass a fellow student.
