Hmmm So it turns out Tom Petty too also had a hip injury and was taking oxycodone and fentanyl.

Hopefully all you conspiracy nuts out there can shut the hell up now and finally accept Prince's official cause of death - it isn't suspicious or mysterious at all sadly just part of a much bigger epidemic of opioid addiction in America which has also now claimed some pretty big celebrities

Only people who are addicted overdose? Seems to me one of the scary things about the opioid crisis is how it can and is happening to anyone.

Petty was using Fentanyl patches.

Prince took a counterfeit Vicodin that had enough Fentanyl to kill many large men.

Difference.

His addiction isn't what people are believing is shady.. Its the fact that a supposed friend might have supplied dangerous, unstable drugs for him and that P may not have known what he was taking.

Woe. I'm a bit floored. And saddened. Tom was a recovering heroin addict which makes for a slippery slope when pain meds are introduced. In any case very brave of hid family to release this info. Kudos to them for not sweeping it under the rug. There is a long way to go to fix this problem in the US. Being open like this is helpful. Prince's family should take note. There is no shame in the manner in which these men died.

Prince's familly doesn't need to take note of anything. They did not sweep the ME report under the rug.

Like Petty, he died from an accidental overdose according to the offical ME report. Unless there are criminal charges pending we may never have more info and have absolutely no right to expect or demand anything from his family.

Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.
