Most of them I never heard before. Is that normal ? Should I have these in my collection or are they still unavailable ?

Can you explain your tracklist and sequencing order here?

shouldn't it be an already configured, but unreleased album instead of some random tracks thrown together?

These are different mags that have never been leaked (at least not in full) but that are known to exist...

Given that we've never heard many of those tracks, I fail to see how the OP would know they would make a decent album if thrown together. How outtakes are going to be organised for future unreleased material compilations probably constitutes the toughest challenge awaiting future curators. No matter what they do, there will always be fans complaints. I wouldn't treat the matter lightly the way it's done here, and I would be terribly humbled and incredibly careful in my choices if I was to organize any such compilation. I understand fans being overenthusiastic, but certain things are over your head, so just leave it to the professionals (in the hope they'll do better than they have with PR Deluxe).

At least one version of Everybody Want What They Don't Got has been leaked in full in the past year or two, use the search function for more information wink

Not sure about the rest.

I was thinking about the way the vault songs could be released in the future: my initials feelings were just release stuff in random collections e.g. Crystal Ball (and I think there is room for some collections such as Dream Factory/Camille/other sequenced albums), but we as fans want to hear all the versions of Dance Electric or Feel U Up, so it has to be a series in chronological order - so we can follow the progression of songs such as Elephants & Flowers or We can Fuc/nk, but in some ordered fashion - year by year is really the only feasible way we would ever hear all the versions of every song! Prince recorded certain songs, then pulled them out at various times to work on them, then even totally re-recording them (giving us multiple versions of songs). So we would really need a serious archival series that used the recording dates (as far as known), it's not a new concept, many have talked of this before - but having heard PR Deluxe I came to the realization that there are many 'finished' songs that were then reworked into another 'finished' song- that was the way Prince used the vault. This fascinates me, as sometimes the earlier versions reveal things that the more overworked versions somehow spoil (for instance I love the stripped down The Line, but I can tell the Boni Boyer overdubbed to death version is the 'Final' version, same with Can I Play With U or even Others Here With Us). This could be a series that works in conjunction with remastered albums - - e.g. the remaster of 1999 comes out with 1 or 2 bonus disks, but there is also the companion archive set, which expands up the songs recorded (or worked on) during the year 1999 was recorded or released (?) - I know this could get very complicated as songs recorded in 1981 may of ended up on 1999, but the beauty is that he probably worked on it and changed something about it - so when the 1981 set comes out we get the earlier version of that particular song, as so on and so on. I'm sure there are wholes in my plan, but the general gist is pretty good in MHO! anyway let's hope for something in 2018!!!!!

my holy grail albums are albums prince finished and filed away. gimme 'madrid 2 chicago'
or, possibly 'welcome 2 america' etc over any randomly thrown together collection of some
outtakes.

An unreleased album by Prince called "Holy Grail" would be a holy grail indeed. lol
